MiMi FiRST® RETURNS & EXCHAGE POLiCY
All items designed and manufactured for MiMi FiRST® go through several quality control checks during the production process and before reaching the final quality control team who thoroughly inspect each item before packing and shipping. This process is in place to ensure all MiMi FiRST® items meet our stringent quality requirements.
In the eventuality that you are not completely satisfied with your purchase due to manufacturing fault or you need to swap your purchase for another size or colour we are happy to exchange it.
All postage costs incurred in the return and exchange of the items will be paid by you, so please be certain of correct size and colour of your replacement item and be aware of the postage costs.
RETURNS
Goods must be returned with in 21 days of the shipment date.
Product Condition
Returned items must be received in their original condition, with all labels, hang tags and packaging in it’s original condition. The items must not have been worn or used, washed, or be marked / stained.

Authorisation
We will reply to your email and give you an authorization number which you must quote on a copy of your invoice and must send with the returned goods.
Post at your own cost to: MiMi FiRST® PO Box 396 Tewantin Qld 4565
Once we have received the returned items we will promptly inspect them, and issue an online store credit via email. The amount will be equal to that of the item returned and will be valid for 6 months from the date of issue. Once you have decided on the replacement item within the six month period email us the order and quote the credit note number. We will then confirm your order and send an invoice for the post. On receipt of the payment we will immediately post your items.
EXCHANGE
Once we have received the returned item we will promptly inspect it and pack the replacement. We will email you an invoice for the post and once this has been paid we will immediately send your replacement.
NOTE:
Please be sure to select replacement items to the same or higher value of the returned items. If you choose an item of a lesser value you will lose the difference.
